Johnny Manziel isn't looking too good these days.

After being released from the Cleveland Browns earlier this year, the former pro quarterback has been spotted partying around the country and in the latest photos, he's looking a bit worse for wear. In fact, he seems to be downright frail in comparison to his physique at this time last year and one particular report claims his weight loss may be the result of drug use.

"Johnny Manziel's drinking and drug use is worse than ever -- but the QB refuses to seek help ... and now people close to him are convinced he's going to die unless something changes soon," TMZ Sports reported on Tuesday.

According to the report, Manziel has allegedly become "reckless with his drug problem" -- even "blowing lines in front of people he barely knows."

"He's in a horrible downward spiral," one source close to Manziel told the outlet.

Although Manziel's close friends have attempted to intervene, he has not be receptive to the idea of getting help, and during one particular confrontation, Manziel reportedly "flipped out and would not hear it."

"If he continues this way for much longer he will die,” a source explained.

Even Manziel's father is concerned about his partying, and back in February he claimed that if Manziel doesn't get help, "he won't live to see his 24th birthday."

Just days prior to the allegations of drug use against Manziel, he was reportedly involved in an altercation in Las Vegas.

"Johnny Manziel was removed from a Vegas club after the former NFL QB allegedly hauled off and punched a guy," TMZ reported on Sunday.

According to witnesses inside the nightclub, Manziel was in a VIP booth on Friday night when Drake showed up for a surprise performance. Amid the excitement, club goers began pushing and shoving one another in an effort to get close the hip hop artist and after Manziel got pushed, he "turned and slugged the club goer" before getting booted from the club.
